Website Design and Development Policy

We understand the time criticality and have tried to keep the terms and conditions short and easy. However, if you have any further questions or need clarification, please feel free to contact us before progressing. To become a Sri Sai Global Pty Ltd client, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. We have outlined the scope of service, exclusions to our scope, what we consider fair use, and the terms and conditions of our service.

Website Design service

We will provide our clients with the website design, development, and hosting services outlined/discussed with the individual clients. We can provide the written content for your nominated pages; the content is generally customised to your business and based on the information we perceive. Designs will be created (generally) using your logo branding. If you wish to have it otherwise, please discuss with one of our representatives.

Images will be generally sourced from licensed partners. Images, vectors, compositions are generally made in good faith and clients take full responsibility for it.

On-page SEO is generally included in the pricing unless it’s a small project (< $1000). On-page SEO is part of the basic SEO that adds meta data and descriptions on the page(s) created. Contact form, google maps and internal page linking is generally included. Basic contact form is included, which is not a multi-step form or includes the upload features. Any modifications to the contact form or the webhook implementation will be extra cost, which might include monthly fees/costs. Google Maps integration can be done using the APIs or plugins provided by WordPress. Google maps subscription / API keys to be provided by the client.

As part of the website development, we strategically place Call to Action. We always put effort to design a responsive website design and smart device friendly, if you do find any issues, please feel free to bring it to our attention.  We may use premium plugins to develop websites, please talk to us if you need access to those plugins for the market rate. Otherwise, you can always purchase the plugins and we can update the licenses for you.

Hosting is the service that we provide, which includes emails on the hosting, regular backups configuration. If you agree, we will be purchasing the service and hosting it on your behalf. Our hosting service can be monthly or yearly, depending on individual contracts. If not specified, it will be yearly renewal unless stopped in a month in advance. We might be charging the exit admin fee if the hosting needs be transferred to someone. Please enquire if you need any further details or clarification.

Our recommendation and suggestions are always in the best interest of our client and they should consider their personal circumstances before taking decisions. We are generally, easy with number of revisions, if its our fault. If you wish to change designs or change of mind then, we strictly allow 2 revisions only. Any further revision will be charged from $150 / hour for our development charges.

  • Member registration or user login services.
  • Multiple internal menu categorisations for hidden sub-pages.
  • Foreign languages (other than English).
  • Analysis of Google Analytics data – this is up to you to manage.
  • Registering and using CDN

 

Website design is a collaborative effort. As a client, you commit to

Promptly reply to our requests for logos, branding, images, and other information we require to complete your website. Follow our instructions relating to the formats we need this information so we can work with it effectively. Promptly respond to our requests for feedback and approval of design concepts Ensure any employee or agent of your company dealing with us is authorised to make decisions relating to the website, on behalf of your company Be responsible for making SupersonicIT fully aware of their website functionality requirements prior to commencing their project. The client must ensure these requirements are listed in the project information under the package functionality or quoted under the additional functionality. SupersonicIT will not be obligated to undertake any additional functionality requests that are not listed in the project information. For example, suppose additional functionality requirements come to hand after the project has commenced, and they are within the technical scope of our ability. In that case, they will be quoted on and agreed to before work on these aspects will commence.

Fair Use Policy

 

Revisions to your website

Your website will be based on the template detailed in the project information. Any change in the template after the project is underway will incur an additional charge. Included with your website package, your website concept can be revised up to three times if necessary. If any further revisions are required, these will be done from $100 per hour. Once the design concept is approved, any additional design changes needed will be done from $100 per hour. Any additional functionality or programming tasks will be done from $100 per hour.

Terms and Conditions

Generally, our website development takes around 4 – 6 weeks of turnaround time. In some circumstances, we can bring it forward and in adverse circumstances depending on the developers time,

Approvals can be made verbally or in writing. Once the website has been built, you will log in and begin to add content to the website through the Content Management System(CMS). A discreet ‘website designed & maintained by Woo Media ’ (or some other message with backlink to our company website) message will be placed in the website’s footer. We may also choose to feature the website in our portfolio to showcase our work.

Your website will function correctly on all of the latest versions of the most popular web browsers provided all relevant technologies are installed. Popular browsers are Internet Explorer, Firefox/Mozilla, Chrome and Safari. Resolution of the website created will be 1920 x 1080 px ( Full HD). If you need added resolution, please feel free to contact us. Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7 are not supported. The appearance of your site may differ slightly from browser to browser, due to the way the browsers render content. If you wish to optimise how your website displays on smart phones such as iPhones, or devices like iPads, we can do so at $100+gst per hour.

The back-end of your website (CMS) should  work correctly on chrome. We take no responsibility whatsoever for issues relating to copyright infringement based on text, images or any other material provided to us, and will act on the instruction of the client. It is the client’s responsibility to take reasonable steps to ensure the content they provide is not under copyright. If it is found that we have been supplied with materials under copyright and are instructed by court authority to take the content down, we will of course comply. The client will absorb all costs related to copyright infringement, including development time to comply with court requests.

Suppose you wish to integrate any third party software with your website. In that case, we take no responsibility whatsoever for issues relating to the suitability, functionality, or compatibility of that software with the website. You will not expect us(Sri Sai Global Pty Ltd) to perform any third party software integrations as part of their service. All photography and graphics for the website are to be supplied by the client at the client’s expense. Any photography or graphics already in the template can be included free of charge.

Sri Sai Global Pty Ltd , is not responsible for listing your website on google or other search engines, unless agreed and specified as part of the written contract. In general, SEO is not part of the website design package, but you can discuss it with one of our representatives to include it in the package or buy it separate after the website design is finished. If you do plan to have SEO done at some later stages, its our recommendation to get it started with the website design. This has proven to deliver best results in cost effective way.

Stylising the website and content is generally done to the best of our knowledge. This includes but not limited to, fonts, pictures, color combinations. If you are not happy with the color and font choices, please feel free to contact us as part of the change agreement.

We work with our remote clients and our progress and online meetings can be done on any of the web platforms on or off video conferences.

Web hosting can be provided as part of the website development at an additional cost. There will be a cost to maintain it and it might vary month to month or year after year. This is solely dependent on our third party supplier. If you wish to move out the web hosting from us, an admin fee will be involved. Please refer to us for the website space, bandwidth usage and other limits applicable.

Unless specified otherwise, after website development is finished, you will get the developers 2 hours of maintainance time with every website development contract. No task should be more than 30 mins of the developer time. The developer time should be consumed within 1 months of website delivery. This does not include the migration of the full website to new domains. Developers work is categorized as changing the text, images, reformatting of pages. The developer will only do the time estimate and no other time estimate is acceptable.

Integration and updating the mx records or zone editor records are done based on our costing from $100 / hour. Minimum time charged will be 2 hours and 60 mins  timeslots there after. We offer migration of the mails to other platforms from $200 per account.

All prices quoted are excluding GST. Before beginning your project, a 40% deposit of the design package price is required. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers Sri Sai Global pty ltd to purchase your template, initial consultation, and design work. The remaining 60% of the design package payment will be invoiced when the site is built. Note this is not the launch or “go live” phase, which will occur once the content loaded. Additional functionality may be invoiced as it is completed, or in a combined invoice with the design package remainder. All invoices are due maximum of upto 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated. In extreme cases of continued non-payment, we reserve the right to engage our collections agency to obtain outstanding funds. In such cases, the client agrees to pay any associated collection costs.

 

Limitation of Liability

​In no event shall Sri Sai Global Pty Ltd, its employees, contractors or any of their respective directors, agents, or content or service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or directly or indirectly related to the delivery of services provided, including website services and/or publication, logo and/or graphic design, email systems, advertising.

 

This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, or anticipated profits, or lost business, unrelated and/or indirect business expenses, business delays, loss of data and/or sales, or cost of substitute services, even if Small Business Web Designs or its representative or such individual has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Treat Us Kindly

Sri Sai Global Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse continued service to clients if we believe that you are better suited to a designer who can meet with you face to face to discuss your ideas or if you deal with us in a rude manner.  Our core service, web design, is occasionally complicated by issues beyond our control such as third party domain ownership, historical website hosting or requests which need clarification. In such instances, we ask you to at all times treat our staff kindly while we work through them with you.

We retain the right to refuse continued service if any staff member receives communication that is abusive and/or threatening in nature. In such instances, no refund will be provided.

​We respond better to positive personalities (and will go that extra mile to help when we’re incentivised with good manners). Please remember that there are real people behind these computer screens with feelings.
